An affiliate of Oberndorf Real Estate Management, LP and The Bascom Group, LLC have closed on the acquisition of Hearthstone at City Center, a 360-unit multifamily community in Aurora, Colorado, for $74 million. The transaction marks Bascom’s 37th acquisition in Colorado and its 10th in the city of Aurora.
