The Bascom Group has completed an $8.5 million refinancing of The Charleston Apartments, a 133-unit historic multifamily community in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. Built in 1924 and still retaining its original layout, vintage elevator, and century-old brick character, the property remains one of the most affordable entry-level apartment buildings on the edge of Downtown LA.
