The Bascom Group has acquired Jasmine Apartments, a 1980-built, 370-unit multifamily community in North Dallas near the Richardson city line. The purchase marks Bascom’s 42nd Texas acquisition and adds a well-located asset within the highly regarded Richardson ISD, minutes from the Galleria, the Telecom Corridor, and Medical City.
